1. Our Manifesto

Privacy is a fundamental human right, not a privilege. HafiyVPN is designed to ensure your anonymity without compromise. We do not analyze your traffic or share your data with advertising agencies, analytics services, or any other third parties.

2. No-Logs Policy

We guarantee the absence of activity recording mechanisms in our system. We do not track or store:

  • Your browsing history and search queries.
  • Your real IP address and connection times.
  • The content of transmitted data and DNS queries.
  • User location.

3. Technical Minimum of Collected Data

To operate the Telegram bot and manage your subscription, we save only the following anonymized attributes:

  • Hashed Telegram ID: Your unique messenger number is stored as an irreversible digital code. This prevents direct linkage between your profile and VPN key.
  • Referral Link & Balance: A unique link for inviting friends, current bonus points, and the number of invited users.
  • Consent & Subscription Status: Tags confirming your acceptance of Terms (Agree/Disagree) and a system flag indicating subscription to our channel.
  • Technical Metrics: Active public VPN key, selected interface language, and total traffic volume.

4. Payment Isolation

We intentionally do not process payments directly. All financial transactions pass through external independent gateways. HafiyVPN has no access to your bank card data or purchase history.

5. Anonymity and Identification

You do not need to provide a name, email, or phone number to use HafiyVPN. To us, your identity is an anonymous hash code. We do not use cookies, trackers, or hidden analytics systems.

6. Third-Party Requests

Our stance on data requests is simple: you cannot disclose what does not exist. Since we do not keep logs and we hash identifiers, we cannot provide information about a specific user's actions.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is stored on encrypted servers only as long as your subscription is active. After 30 days of inactivity, the profile is automatically marked for deletion.

8. Right to Immediate Erasure

You can completely destroy your digital footprint at any moment:

  • Via Bot Menu: The "Delete Account" button instantly erases your hashed ID, keys, link, and balance.
  • Via Support: You can send a deletion request to our team. Deletion is irreversible and immediate.
