1. Purpose of the Tool

HafiyVPN provides a software solution for traffic encryption and privacy protection. We give you a secure "tunnel", but we are not censors or controllers of your content.

2. Absolute User Responsibility

We stand for freedom of information, but you bear sole legal and moral responsibility for any actions taken through HafiyVPN. You confirm that you use the service at your own risk and pledge not to violate the rights of other network participants.

3. Legal Consent

Using the bot and pressing the "Agree" button implies your full acceptance of these rules. If you disagree, you must immediately discontinue using the service and delete your data.

4. Technical Protection (Blocked Ports)

To ensure network security and prevent abuse, we block the following vulnerable pathways:

  • Port 25 (SMTP): To eliminate the possibility of massive spam mailings.
  • Ports 135, 137–139, 445: To protect against network viruses and Windows protocol attacks. Attempts to scan ports or conduct cyberattacks will result in immediate key revocation.

5. Network Etiquette

Using HafiyVPN for destructive actions is strictly prohibited: DDoS attacks, brute-forcing, phishing, malware distribution, or any activity disrupting third-party servers and networks.

6. Individual Use

Your VPN key is personal. Public distribution of keys or reselling them without administration consent leads to the blocking of your Telegram ID without the right to a refund.

7. Referral Program and Bonuses

Bonus points are awarded for attracting new users. A prerequisite for accrual is a subscription to the channel. Any form of point manipulation via bot farms is prohibited. Bonuses are not fiat money and cannot be cashed out.

8. Limits and Speed (Fair Use)

We do not artificially limit your speed. However, in cases of extreme loads (terabytes of traffic in a short period) threatening node operation, the system may temporarily lower your connection priority.

9. Age Restrictions

By using the service, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority according to the legislation of your country and have the right to accept these conditions independently.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible only in case of a confirmed technical failure on HafiyVPN's side that we could not resolve. Errors on your provider's side or government-level protocol blocks (DPI) do not constitute grounds for a refund.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties (As-Is)

The service is provided on an "As-Is" basis. We do our best to ensure stable operation but do not guarantee the absence of disruptions caused by backbone providers or force majeure circumstances.
